Build Process

Bringing your bass to life takes about 4 months. Your deposit guarantees your place in the build queue and secures the materials required to craft your bass.

Consultation
& Build Sheet

We'll start with a consultation to discuss your instrument in detail. Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive a build sheet and materials list confirming your choices.

Crafting
& Building

As your bass comes to life, I will share progress photos on social media and with you directly.

Finalizing
& Delivery

I will contact you one week prior to delivery to arrange the insured shipping of your instrument.

How do I make deposits?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your build.
Deposits can be sent to info@chrisseldon.com by PayPal.
Customers who choose Interac e-Transfer, bank draft or certified cheque for all payments get 5% discount.

Shipping and delivery

The balance is due prior to shipping, including the insured shipping cost from Toronto, Ontario, to wherever you are.
Your bass is warrantied against defect for 2 years.
Your bass will ship with a certificate of authenticity and instrument details.
